As a Supervisory General Attorney (Team Leader), GS-0905-15, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Advise on complex issues under Title IX and its implementing regulations, reflecting subject-matter expertise of Title IX and how OCR fulfills its mission of vigorous enforcement of civil rights laws.
• Oversees OCR's Methods of Administration (MOA) Program, regarding civil rights compliance in career and technical educational programs, as the supervisor of the National MOA Coordinator.
• Manages, directs, and supervises the activities of a team of Attorneys, National MOA Coordinator, Equal Opportunity Specialists, Management/Program Analysts, Statisticians, and Support Staff, providing general and specific policy, legal procedural and program guidance to staff.
• Serves as a legal and policy advisor to OCR's Senior Leaders- the Assistant Secretary (AS), the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Development, the PLG Director and PLG Deputy Director, and Enforcement Directors (EDs)- and serves as an expert resource for other managers and supervisors within OCR.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Specialized Experience for the GS-15
One year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 performing all three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
